How much weight do people lose with Turtle?
It depends! We aim for 1 pound of fat per week, so within a year most people will hit their goals. Some people lose 1–2 pounds a week, so this process is accelerated, but we’re always on-hand to help with making sure it’s sustainable and the transition from weight loss to maintenance is done properly. How is your app better than MPF, Nutracheck and others?
Those apps just track your data, they don’t adjust your targets based on changes to your metabolism or other tools like the auto-adjuster, alcohol conversion tool, mental health diary, 1-1 nutritionist support and so forth.
Think of MPF or Nutracheck as just the apparatus for collecting data, maybe like a microscope or ruler. By themselves they don’t do anything, you have to take action on the data you collect. A note on before/after photos. Lots of companies aggressive push these, but we do not aggressively collect them or require anyone to send them to us. We only show a small % of people who are happy to share, but just because there’s a before/after doesn't mean the results lasted any longer than the short date range. It’s important to read reviews that talk about fundamental mindset shifts and a better relationship with food, as these changes tend to outlast short and sharp changes most online businesses show.
